Bridgebank Ltd has a health and safety management system that meets the required legislative standards and hold the following ISO standards - ISO:9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO:45001:2018.

We pride ourselves in providing a healthy, safe working environment for our employees and contractors. No matter if we are acting as Principal Contractor or Sub-Contractor, we are always striving to minimise any risk or disruption.

Compliance with current legislation and our own standards is monitored throughout our organisation by our in-house team of Chartered Health and Safety Managers. A programme of regular site inspections and internal audits is carried out by the safety team as part of our on-going commitment to health and safety.

Targets and objectives are established to help us measure our performance and demonstrate the aim of continual improvement.

The Managing Director, Directors, and Health & Safety team lead by example in promoting high standards of health and safety throughout the company, taking active roles in meetings, planning, allocating resources and visiting sites.

A programme of certified training to industry standards is supplemented by regular tool box talks, and our dedicated Plant department ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced, and inspected as required by current legislation.
